How long before I can see my page on the Web?
In some cases, within a couple hours. Usually, no longer than 2 to
3 days. It depends on our work load and whether all required information
was on the order form. If you are paying by personal check, we may delay
having your page active till the check has cleared -- could be up to three
weeks. It is much quicker to pay by credit card. Return

How do I make changes to my page after it is visible
on the Web?
Eventually, you will be able to make all changes your self by using
your "login and password" to gain access to your home page. However, we
must make any changes for you at the current time. If the changes is minor,
and is not requested on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, we will probably
be able to do it for free. A minor change would be a new phone number or
misspelled word or something like that. It is always best to get your information
right the first time. It will save you a lot of heartache. Return

Can I pay by business or personal check?
Yes, but if it is a out-of-state check, it may take up to three weeks
to clear from when we receive it. We will not have your page visible till
the check clears. It is best to pay by Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit
Card (credit card will get you going now!). Return

I want more than 3 pages.
Yes, you can get more than three pages, but it will cost you. Our three
pages are designed to be efficient for us to put together. That keeps the

What can I do to make my page display faster?
This is a common question. If you are using a slow modem or are trying
to access during the busiest hours for your ISP, get a faster modem or
try accessing the internet when usage is low. All our standard 3 page business
home pages are designed to be some of the fastest pages on the internet.

What is your Standard Business Home Page?
It is our most popular style of business home page. It is designed
so that the first page of the three page home page displays on your monitor
as quick as possible. If you have ever gone to a home page that takes forever
to appear, then you will appreciate this design feature. The first page
of the home page has an email hyper link for your convenience in sending
and receiving mail. Also on the first page is the full business addresses
(2) along with , phones(regular,fax #, toll free, pager), days and hours
the business is open, and links to page 2 photos with legends, and page
3 designed for printing out information about the business or products.
Page three gives you the opportunity to tell about your services, products,
and just about anything you think your customers would want to know. We
recommend keeping it to one standard typed page of about 4800 characters
but we will allow up to 40,000 characters -- about eight typed 8.5x11 pages.
That's a lot of information. Remember that these three pages are assembled
with the information you provide on our order form . We can get your
page on the WEB fast by using this standard style (customized with your
color choices, photos, and page three business information), You
get fast service and a year on the WEB for a very low cost. If you
want or need something different, you can get it . However,

I am not allowed a password I want -- what can I do?
Nothing -- If the system won't let you use it, it is an Illegal Password at this site. Return to the Order Form
How do I cancel an order that I placed 5 days ago?
For right now, email us your Company Home Page Name, your assigned login name and password, the name and title of the person authorizing the cancellation, that person's complete phone number and area code, the credit card number and type of card(Visa, MC,Discover, etc.), and date of expiration on the card you used to pay for the site. The Page will be cancelled within 24 hours (usually) upon receipt of the email.

Eight or more days since I placed order -- Can I cancel?
Yes! However, there will be no refund of any money paid. To protect you, we allowed you to cancel at any time up to the end of seven days after your site was active. Also, rest assured that we will remove your site if you cancel.
