In August 1995, Amani Security; Inc. (ASI ) was established in Albuquerque,
New Mexico as a "Minority and Woman owned Security Business". The business
founders are: Charles W. Coleman Jr., Robert Hughley, and Alexandra Hughley
. Our goal was to provide a new approach to professional loss-prevention
and security. We assembled a top-notch staff dedicated to service security
accounts. We started with small contracts which we worked ourselves with
the help of some close friends. From August 1995 to December 1995, we secured
three full-time contracts. In 1996 our goal was to double the number of
our contracts and branch out into Security Patrols, Alarm Response, and
Private Investigations. By the end of December 1996, our customer base
had increased by seven percent. This included local, state, and federal
customers. Our 1997 plan was to increase our rate of growth, and increase
our market base. Entering 1998, our future appears bright as we are well
on our way toward achieving our five year goal of Fortune 500 status.

of the art equipment, and our guards are highly trained. Providing good
