...AAA Apartments loves computer users.  If you are reading this, then you are probably our type of tenant!  In fact, since you are reading this, you get a extra -special deal on your rental agreement.  But to take advantage of this, you must bring your printed copy of this information sheet.

No fees!!  That's right!  All prospective tenants are required to fill out a application, but we do not charge for taking the application or a credit check.  How often have you been told there is a application fee when you looked at those big apartment complexes.

Here's the goodies on the apartment. It is a 4plex and the manager/owner lives there. If there is ever a problem, I live there -- so no absentee landlord problems. Quick and close!  All units are two bedroom and one bath. There is a private fenced patio/yard at  the rear of each apartment.  All apartments have electronic gate release for the main courtyard.  You are able to screen who you let into the courtyard -- that's who you let come to your door.  There is a door bell and intercom at the courtyard gate.  You decide if you want to let someone come to your door after talking to them by intercom -- this reduces all those pesty solicitors and other nuisance visitors to a minimum.  The court yard is locked at all times.  You get a key and secret combination for your own personal use to reenter the courtyard.  You can not accidentally lock yourself out of the courtyard.  If you lock yourself out of your apartment,  I live there and can let you in. Each apartment has dimmer switch lights in every room. There is thermostat controlled gas heating(central forced air) and thermostat controlled evaporative cooling.  The larger bedroom has dual closet rods or a single closet rod and extra storage shelves or both. The bathroom has dual medicine cabinets and mirrors.  There are three body sized mirrors -- one at each bedroom and one in the bathroom.  Each unit comes with venetian blinds and/or curtains, wall mount ironing board, refrigerator, garbage disposal, gas stove, and separate storage room at the rear of the building.  There is reserved parking for tenants and additional parking for guests. There is some timer and motion detector lighting on the building and the parking lot has good lighting. I personally randomly monitor activity outside of the building -- most of the people in adjacent buildings know me as the "Neighborhood Watch Guy".  However, that is not my job.  Also, the common courtyard area has two picnic tables and a barbecue for use by the tenants and their guests.

I insist on quiet tenants -- that includes children.  I have had several tenants that have had quiet, well behaved children.  Noisy adults and children are not welcome here.  Drunks,  drug users, and people who are destructive need not apply at this apartment. I don't want and will not tolerate those types of tenants.  They can go somewhere else.  Most of my tenants stay a long time before moving, usually do to a job change.

There is good public transportation available.  The "bus stop" for  both directions on Menaul is within about 200 feet from the building.  A   Seven Eleven Store (7-11) is about 80 yards for the building and is truly convenient any time day or night -- 365 days a year. Also,  two parks, day care, Onate Grade School, and other conveniences are very close.  My daughter attended Onate many years ago.
